No. Our data lists do not include home values.

Do our lists include mailing addresses?
Answer
No. We do not include mailing addresses with our data lists; we only include the property address.  For the first two years we sold Lis Pendens data lists, we offered a mailing address validation service. That extra step added significant time and cost to the customer, and not a single customer wanted to pay it. Since our customers did not want the option, we eliminated mailing address validation as an option.
